While looking through the Instructables Website, I found this cool pocket-sized watercolor paint box by contributor JP Martineau. He used polymer clay in a utilitarian manner, instead of decorative, to create the compartments used to hold the watercolor paints. But I see no reason why an ambitious clayer couldn’t create a covered altoid tin, and then add the watercolor element for a gift to an artistic friend!

great idea!
Isn’t it cool?
Nice, unique idea! It’s always interesting to see polymer clay used in a practical manner versus just to make stuff pretty!
