Not strictly wedding related but could work well – these marbled placecard holders could be done to match any decor or colour scheme. Marbling is a great technique that works well with a few colours. Keep an eye on how much you mix and marble as you go which means do a test piece first with the proportions you want before you commit to a package (or several!) of clay. If you roll with a rolling pin, jar or pasta machine you can make your holders the same height but for this sort of project that isn’t super important.
I thought these were fabulous because they’re hexagonal and I have a weakness for hexagons due to my Settlers of Catan fixation. Of course, how I’d get SoC marbled hexagons escapes me at the moment but it’s a start.

I must be living under a rock as I have never heard of this game. I looked it up on Wikipedia and it sounds fun. I do enjoy your posts, although I do not let you know this as often as I should.
