Katie from KatersAcres has a pretty simple leaf cane tutorial available on her site. The most complicated part is probably getting a decent blend but once you’ve got that… this is just some slice and assembling.
Want to make it a little fancier? Add an outline wrap. Use similar colours to what you use for the veins. Or do the blend with a variety of fall colours and use all the resulting cane(s) in a piece. Use cane slices as beads, or slice thinly and build up an image along with other canes.
