I make a lot of little clay things – mostly beads but honestly… lots of other things. Hearts are a good shape and I make a lot of hearts. There are bowls and jars of random things (I think the decorative term is bowl fillers) in my studio and this time of year at least one of hearts. This kid-friendly air dry clay project by Katie of GiftOfCuriousity would be perfect if you sort of do the same thing.
If you want your decorated clay hearts to be used elsewhere attach a good strong magnet and turn into fridge magnets for your Valentine’s Day cards or punch a hole while they’re damp so you can hang them.
