One of the issues with REALLY living in the middle of nowhere is that not only am I not in the same country as most clay events but I’m also relatively rural so getting to airports and stuff… much extra bother. That doesn’t mean I don’t lust after some of the great events I hear about. Kathryn Jo Ottman’s Cabin Fever event is one of those ones I sigh over every year.
This year it runs February 12 to 18 in Laurel, MD. You can browse the details on the event’s Facebook page or check out their site. The instructor list is long and fabulous: Dayle Doroshow, Jana Roberts Benzon, Nan Roche, Christi Friesen, Sarah Shriver just to name a few.
