Long ago, when I was newer to clay and to blogging on the internet I met Lisa Clarke who was also doing polymer clay and blogging. I’ve watched her tackle all sorts of other crafts since then including knitting where she actually uses the polymer clay buttons she makes. If you’re one of those individuals who’s ALSO made buttons you’ve used, here’s a post on how to fix an improperly sized button.
You could also fix a diameter size issue similarly. Use liquid clay again and cut a circle of clay slightly larger than the button. Use a colour that works with the button for best effect.
