And really, this only a few of the tons of hints and goodies on texture and texturing out there. It seems this is a biggie for clayers! My adventures in this continue on for another week. Here’s a few quickies from the net:
- Angela actually has PHOTOS for a comparison of stamping (aka texturing) techniques she did in this set
- Here’s a neat photo tutorial on how to make great texture sheets using your scrap clay and an extruder
- And here are two from Sculpey – how to use a texture sheet and then how to antique a textured piece. Remember brown acrylic paint works fine for the antiquing solution
