Celluclay is basically a very fine papier maché or very coarse paper clay material that you make by adding water to a dry product. You can model it as you do clay and roll it out. Like other clays, you build up over an armature to lend support and shorten the curing or drying times. This angel tree topper is built up over a paper and card form. You could use the same process with an air drying clay or even an oven bake modeling clay.
