The tutorial appears in Russian but the pictures are pretty explanatory (English translation here anyways). You can chop and toss the scrap crumbs without a food processor or use a manual chopper. The tutorial adds glitter from a nail supply but you could use compatible craft glitter, mica powders, acrylic paint (let it dry before you work the Fimo clay), alcohol inks or crumbs of the background bead colour.
