I’m on a flower kick, I confess! This week is all about the spring and the flowers that are slowly climbing out of the soil where I live. If you live in warmer climes, you’ve had all the pretty growing bits for a while and for those of you on the flip side, you’re probably just finishing up with all the flowers.

Katie has a tutorial based on an older tutorial on her blog that makes a great, pastel flower with embellishments. She uses hers to make a brooch but the design would work well for a pendant or hair pin as well.

Thanks so much for the mention Elaine. I’ve been making more flowers than EVER over the past month. Like you, I might be addicted to making them.
